I finally decided to attempt soft pretzels. I got this recipe from Smitten Kitchen. It was pretty easy to follow, and over all took a couple of hours, but most of that was proofing time for the dough. They turned out yummy and salty and warm--so good!

Some new sites I've been enjoying are: Smitten Kitchen, Color Chic, and Sew Mama Sew. I don't know how many recipes and tutorials I've printed out. Now to actually make some of this stuff!

I've always wanted to try making pretzels and those look so yummy! I think I'll put that at the top of my must make list!
