So I decided to start a blog because "everyone's doing it". This will basically serve as a journal for my running/walking and exercise. We'll see how far it goes.
Today I only did a 1.5 mile walk with Kim. I took Jake with me because he's always whining about wanting to go. He said he didn't want to go again until he was 5 (next May ;)), and he wouldn't cry when I left and he had to stay at home. So far this week Kim and I have walked or jogged 4 nights out of 5. Our goal is to go 4-5 times a week, so we are doing good this week!! It helps that the weather has been so nice, it's really motivating. Now to just get my eating in check....
