I couldn't think of a title. Thank you to everyone who is praying and thinking of Tom's grandpa.

Grandma Jeanne heard a crash from the kitchen and found him laying on the floor not breathing, she called 911. The paramedics were able to get him breathing again, but not very well. They took him off of life support last night. It was his wishes not to be keep artificially alive on feeding tubes and IV's. So he's sedated, and on a morphine drip. Tom and I are leaving shortly to drive up there. The Dr's said there was less than a 5% chance of him not being severly brain damaged, due to the time he was not breathing. Since last night he hasn't shown any signs of function.

Tom hasn't cried at all (that I know of) but I keep crying everytime I think about it. As you all know I cry at the drop of a hat, so this is just tearing me up inside. I'm feeling really guilty for not taking the kids up there very often. We really only saw them at Christmas time each year, even though they only live about an hour away. I told Tom regardless of what the outcome is, we will be going to see grandma Jeanne atleast once a month. He agreed.

Thank ladies. We're just praying that this will end sooner rather than later. They said 7-10 days tops, but he's not in the greatest health, so hopefully closer to 2 or 3 days.
