Boring day

We didn't do much of anything. We went to my parents house so I could use the computer and stayed waaaaay to long. The kids didn't want to leave. They like grammy and papa's house better than their own. Even though my mom was in bed the whole time....

The my mom went with us down to the mall to pick up the gymbo stuff I'd put on hold last night. Got a pair of dog purse, socks, dress, shirt, pants, shirt, and hoodie for Clara; shirt for Jake; pants, 2 sweaters and shirt for William. Jake kinda got gyped but only the baby stuff was on sale, so when it's time to redeem the gymbucks in October, he gets to pick out either pants and a sweater or pants a shirt and vest.

I NEED to go visit that daycare. I didn't have a chance today, I really want to go alone, so hopefully I can swing by Monday, or Tuesday at the latest. Monday is going to be busy. The flipping cable guy will be here sometime between 8am and 10am. Every other time they've come out, they've been here RIGHT at the start, or even early, so I'm hoping for the same.

Then I get to drive down to Albany to officially register for my program and drop off the deposit, plus finish my fin. aid paperwork. I talked to the lady today, and it sounds like they might not have a letter for me before school starts, which is something I need. But they already have some amt. unoffically, so hopefully it can get pushed thru pretty easily. Doesn't really matter too much to me personally, at this point it will be spring term before I can get any money, up til then it will soley be paying for my program ($9200). Any loan money I'll actually recieve will do directly to daycare. I'm sure it will be like last year in that I won't really have any extra, after daycare costs. Until then, I need to figure out how to pay for daycare for 8ish months. It's $900 a month til December, then it'll be $790 after that. I'm really hoping one of my grandparents will loan me the money so I don't have to take out a private loan to pay. I really don't want to do that.

I am proud to say I know all the songs to the vikings episode of the Backyardigans. "I'm not only beautiful, I'm extra extra tough" This is my new favorite kids show. Luckily Jake loves it too ;) I've started tivo'ing kids shows so they can watch something in the evening. Tom just puts what ever shit is on disney or nick on, but I don't like them watching some of the shows. He really likes Jimmy Neutron and Fairly Odd Parents, but both of those shows grate on me. Hell almost every ele/tween show is horrible to sit through...

Okay enough of that.

I didn't get to go scrapbooking tonight, the crop was cancelled due to low turn out :( Last time I tried to go, it was sold out. WTF. Just not my thing or something. Now I don't get any adult/alone time this weekend. I just wanted a few hours of sanity....

Now to try to get some sleep. (which doesn't work. It has been taking FOREVER to fall asleep, I want to try ambien or lunesta, but that would require going to the dr.......)
