Jacob funny

Last Saturday night Jake and Clara spent the night at my parents house, as did my brother.

Sunday morning my brother was making french toast and bacon and eggs for everyone.

Jake: are you going to church?

uncle ricky: no, they lie at church

Jake: no they don't. Don't you care about Jesus?

uncle ricky: nope

Jake: then you are going to hell if you don't love Jesus

uncle ricky: you can tell Mrs. xxxxx she's full of shit.

my dad: (got really pissed off).

Hmm. didn't sound as funny when I typed it all out. I wasn't there for the exchange, but Jacob was almost in tears when he asked Rich if he cared about Jesus.

In the end Jacob opted to go to my mom's church instead of my dad's because "papa's church is boring. They make you do a craft and eat snack. at grammy's church we get to play on the playground and run in the gym" So it was grammy's church where we ended up.

I'm BORED. I'm glad it's Friday. There was a shooting on I-5 at about 1pm. I-5 was closed until amost 8pm. SEVEN hours. I'm happy it's open, that means in 40 mins when I get to leave, it should be back to normal. It was just a little silly, as the cop who was shot was brought here, and he was released 4 or 5 hours ago, but the freeway remained closed. Messed up.
